Quaker in Action Philippines

QSA has recently entered into an agreement with Quaker in Action Philippines to support a rug making project in Pasig. The aim of this project is to provide training in making rugs using fabric scraps that would otherwise go to landfill. These rugs when sold will enable families to send their children to school, which is the overall need expressed by the community of 16 women who will take part in the project.
