QSA works with international development partners primarily in the establishment of improved agricultural methods and increased crop varieties (food security), safe water for drinking (water security), poverty elimination, capacity building and environmental sustainability. Training in organic food gardens (permaculture design) has been a major component of our work over the past fifty years.
Our work is based on long term partnerships that work towards the goal of economic self-sufficiency and environmentally sustainable living. We work together with partners to ensure that their plan to move towards self-sufficiency is achievable. (Photo: The community at St Jude's, Uganda)
