Board Members
QSA is governed by a Board whose members are also approved by Quakers Australia’s Nominations Committee. Each Board member serves for a three-year term, with an option to extend for another term.
Aletia Dundas
Chair
Chairperson, 20 years of experience in international development, and currently working for Act for Peace. Aletia is a member of the NSW Regional Meeting. Paul is a member of the NSW Regional Meeting and Chair of the Finance Committee
Paul Carter
Paul is a member of the NSW Regional Meeting and Chair of the Finance Committee
Mark Deasey
Mark is a member of the Victoria Regional Meeting. He gave the James Backhouse Lecture in 2002. Mark has long experience with Quaker Service and with Oxfam.
Jamie Reilly
Jamie attends the Sydney City Local Meeting and has a long experience with the American Friends Service Council.
Margaret Bywater
Margaret is a member of the Tasmanian Regional Meeting. She has many years of experience in Cambodia, both with QSA and as a professional Librarian.
Chris McMillan
Chris is a resource and environmental manager and founder of Gaïa, a social enterprise focused on sustainable development in Senegal.
