Constitution

Quaker Service Australia (QSA) is governed by a constitution that sets out its purpose, structure and accountability. Following a Special Resolution of the Management Committee at the Annual General Meeting in January 2017, QSA transitioned from an incorporated association to registration under the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) as a company limited by guarantee, under the name Quaker Service Australia Limited. A constitution reflecting this governance framework was approved by members at the Annual General Meeting in November 2024.  Since 2024, small amendments to the constitution have been made at the Company’s General Meetings.  The current constitution is available to download below.
